<sup>The idea was to create a cohesive and hollistic diagram that clearly highlights the UNHCR Innovation Service’s process flow in developing innovative tools and methodologies.

The main challenge was to graphically represent each step present within the diagram - this was achieved by creating abstract and  simple iconography that isn’t literal in their translation.</sup>
